AI Credits and Billing

Credit System

Subscription Plans

Billing Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for unused AI Credits. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion for:

• Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours

Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Termination by Company

Effects of Termination
